After getting introduced to the projects I picked the main principles of design we will follow that would serve as beacon of structure for our solutions.
Miller’s Law
People can retain 7 ± 2 items in working memory — so I prioritized clarity and chunking information.
Goal-Gradient
The closer users are to completing a task, the more motivated they feel — driving me to design visible progress indicators.

More choices increase decision time — so I simplified flows and reduced cognitive load wherever possible.
